For email backups, Genie-soft has a product called Genie Mail Backup, which will back up all your emails from Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook and Windows Mail. Genie Mail Backup will also backup each programs settings and preferences, so if you need to perform a full operating system reinstall you can get your email client up and running in no time as if it had never been reinstalled.

Genie provides a stripped down version of Genie Mail Backup that is designed o work with Outlook Express only free of charge, this tool can be downloaded from Genie-soft’s website or from famous file distribution websites.
